Optimized collision and tv audio/texture

As an attempt to optimize the web version of the game, all complex collision was removed and replaced with simple shapes. The tv texture was also removed, and the audio for it was compressed to help stop the physics jitter from streaming the file. I updated the html5 loader to a custom one, and made it more clear that the game was loading between scenes. This will likely be the last update before the jam, so good luck to you all and thanks for checking out Lights Out for Daddy!
